Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.   

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Sourcing. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Advertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
  • Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Candidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    Collaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Talent Scouting. Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
  • Trend Monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • ATS Utilization. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Skills:
  • Enthusiasm. Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
  • Presentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires.  As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze. 
  • Quick Learner. You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.
  • Attention to Detail. Please type "purple" in the References field. You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates. 
  • Organization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
  • Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Preference:

  • Required Language: English
  • Familiarity with ATS tools.
